Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Combo course refunds apply only if none of the individual courses have been accessed beyond 20%.
2. How to Request
To request a refund, email us at hello@ratiolearning.com with your registered email, order ID, and reason for the refund. Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: (a) courses accessed beyond 20% of content, (b) mock test series (as they provide instant access to all tests), (c) purchases made during promotional/discounted offers unless stated otherwise.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
6. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate by writing to support@ratiolearning.com. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly within 10 business days.
