1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Ratio Learning's platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Course Access
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access course content for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing, redistributing, or reselling course materials is strictly prohibited.
4. Payment & Billing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Ratio Learning — including videos, mock tests, study materials, and graphics — is owned by Ratio Learning and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not: (a) share account credentials, (b) record or screenshot course content, (c) attempt to hack or disrupt the platform, (d) use automated tools to access content, or (e) post offensive content in community forums.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ratio Learning is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
